Customer meetups are for those that "fuel" the good at Nonprofit, K12 Education and Human Service Organizations. 

A customer meetup's purpose is to provide the inspiration, education, and community connections our customers need to transform the operations of their Nonprofit. It’s not just about technology, it’s about new approaches, new processes, and being able to serve more people with less effort, stress, and expense.   Here you will learn from one another and build valuable connections.

Sparkrock Ideas Portal

We feel strongly that we help our customers grow with their technologies through us. At Sparkrock, we don’t take shots in the dark when deciding what should be added to our product roadmap. In case you're unfamiliar with the term, a product roadmap is a technology development plan that matches the goals or needs of organizations within our client base with specific technology solutions to help them meet those goals. All of the additions or improvements we make to our product roadmap, and subsequently our technology, derived from what we know would make our clients' jobs easier and more efficient. 

Easy to Share IdeasOur online tool ensures you can share your great ideas for new product features or enhancements at any time.

Vote on the Best IdeasRegistered clients can submit their ideas, read through the ideas of their peers, and vote on which enhancements or features they think will help them accomplish their goals.

Customer Advisory Board

Our Customer Advisory Board is a key driver of product innovation at Sparkrock. We continue to prioritize user driven suggestions in our product roadmap. Our Customer Advisory Board is one of the ways that we look to gain valuable feedback from our customers, including ideas and product suggestions to help us build a better solution for you.

How it works

The Customer Advisory Board and related membership will be active for 12-18 months. At the end of this period membership will be reviewed.

We engage our customer advisory board into key areas:

  • Finance
  • Workforce Management
  • CRM
  • Technical
  • Ontario K12
In Person and Remote

Our board meets in person every year and remotely 3 times a year.

  • Have advanced knowledge of Sparkrock product plans and development.
  • May influence the development of product functionality to meet their needs and the needs of their industry.
  • Obtain a preview of Sparkrock feature plans.
  • Share and gain knowledge and experience among other Customer Advisory Board members.
  • One free pass to the Fuel Good annual user conference.
  • Membership in private LinkedIn group where information will be shared.
