Employees enter time using the Time Entry Portal. Once timesheets are submitted and approved, they are delivered to the Timesheet Inbox for Payroll processing.
The Time Entry functionality in NAV enables the setup of users for time entry over the portal and allows for the definition of the applicable time entry activities.
NOTE: The time entry fields Time Entry Type, TE Hrs Per Pay Period, and TE Approver drive how Time Entry behaves on the portal. These fields are not applicable if AEP Time Entry Portal is not being used.
