Understanding the Employee Self Service Options

The My Self Service item from the menu bar provide users with a list of links they can use to access information directly.


The following table provides a brief description of the options available from My Self Service:

Link Name Description
Profile Use this link to review and request changes to your personal information, address, emergency contacts, benefit details, and positions
Pay Statements This section displays a list of all of your pay statements and enables you to select pay statements for printing and viewing.
Attendance & Requests This section displays your attendance time balances for items such as vacation or sick time you have accrued. You can click this link to view details of your balances or any requests. Additionally, you can create a request entry that is then routed to your manager for review and approval.
Absence confirmation This section displays a list absences for a particular pay period (usually the current pay period).
Tasks This section displays a list of your assigned tasks, along with the due date, description, details, and any pertinent attachments for the task. You can indicate completed tasks here as well.
Qualifications Use this link to review your qualifications on file with HR, HCM.  If the qualifications are time sensitive, you can review the expiration date and determine when the next training event will be conducted, if training is provided. 
Assigned Items This section displays a list of the items that have been assigned by the company to you. Use this link to review details of what you have already received or are to receive.
Timesheets This section enables you to review historical/submitted timesheets, or enter new timesheets.
Tax Forms This section displays any tax forms you may need to access
Training & Registration This section displays any training events for which you have registered. Use this link to view all available training and to request registration.

NOTE: Depending on the configuration of the organization, some of the items in the menu image above may not be visible.
