Emailing Customer Statements

This topic explains how to email customer statements.

Accessing Customer Statements

Customer Statement reports can be accessed through Tell Me or from the Customer list or card page.

When accessed by searching with Tell Me, you can see two options:

  • Advanced Customer Statement

When the Customer Statement page is opened through Tell Me, the Email option is not supported. You can only print the report. You can only email a customer statement when you access it from the Customer list or card page.

Setting the Default Customer Statement

To set which customer statement report is available by default:

  1. Click Tell Me and search for Report Selection Sales. Select the Report Selection - Sales page from the drop-down list.
The Report Selection - Sales page displays.
