Employee Center (WebApps) Access
In this release, access to the Employee Center through the Welcome page has been changed to require and use the Access Start Date on the EWA User Card. The Access End Date is optional, but will be honored if present. For single company setups, if the Access Start Date is missing from the employee's EWA user card, then an error message will appear stating that the user does not have access. For multiple company setups, if the Access Start Date is missing from the employee's EWA user card for a given company, then that company will not appear in the company selector.
Employee Center User Interface
With one exception, the entire Employee Center application user interface now has a modern look and feel.
Two self-service pages were converted and enhanced in this release:
- Qualifications (My Self-Service)
- Appraisals (Manager Self-Service)
The remaining pages that use the old look and feel will be converted in a future release:
- Training & Registration (My Self-Service)
- Deposits (Finance & Purchasing) - this page will be discontinued starting with the next release
The "Help Hyperlink" has been removed from the EWA Pages page. An integration to the Customer Success Center will be added in a future release.
